The Standard plan includes 3 weekly live support calls, private community access, monthly funnel template releases, call recordings, and a regularly updated resource doc jam packed with the best tools and go to's for building your funnels and your business.
The Pro Plan includes everything in the Standard Plan, plus 2 funnel audits per month, and unlimited Done For You support tasks so you can take the guess work and stress of the tech stuff out of your life, and premium loom support where we help answer any questions you may have around tech and strategy.
How do the live support calls work?
Live support calls are held 3 days a week via Zoom. During these calls, you can ask questions and receive immediate help with any issues you're experiencing in ClickFunnels. Or if you would like some help strategizing for your next project, client work, or anything else, we've got your back! We are here to help in real-time.
What happens if I miss a live support call?
No worries! If you miss a live support call, we’ve got you covered. All our calls are recorded, so you can catch up anytime, anywhere (PJs and snacks optional). You can also pop into the community and ask questions, or if you’re on the Pro Plan, just send your question through our handy form and we’ll get back to you ASAP with some solid guidance.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Absolutely! You can switch between the Done With You and Done For You plans whenever you feel like it. It’s kind of like switching lanes—sometimes you want to DIY, and other times you just want us to take the wheel. Just let us know inside of your ClickUp space or email us at support@repairmyfunnel.com, and we’ll make it happen, no roadblocks!
What kind of issues can I get help with?
Pretty much anything ClickFunnels-related! Whether it’s fixing a glitch, setting up a new funnel, testing pages, or just figuring out how to make things work better, we’ve got you covered. From tech headaches to funnel strategy, if it’s giving you trouble, we’re here to help you get back on track!
Are there any support tasks you don’t cover?
We’re all about ClickFunnels, but we do have a couple of limits. If there’s a bug in your account, we’ll help you gather the info you need to pass along to the ClickFunnels tech team so they can fix it. And when it comes to custom code, we typically stay away from that. But for anything else—funnels, strategy, or support tasks—you’re in the right place!
How does the pause feature work?
Need to hit pause? No problem! You can pause your plan anytime, and we’ll put everything on hold until you’re ready to jump back in. Just let us know, and your support and tasks will take a breather along with you—no progress lost, no worries!
How do I request a task on the Pro plan?
Easy! Inside your personalized ClickUp space, you’ll have a form to submit your requests. Once you send it our way, we’ll review it, ask any clarifying questions if needed, and then take care of it for you. When we’re done, we’ll send you a Loom video walking through the changes, and if you have any questions after that, just let us know! We’re here to help every step of the way.
How soon can I expect a response for tasks and questions?
We’re pretty quick! For live calls, you’ll get real-time answers. If you ask in the community or submit a question through the Pro form, we’ll respond as fast as possible—usually within a business day or sooner. We don’t keep you waiting!
Do you offer support for other platforms besides ClickFunnels?
At the moment, we’re laser-focused on ClickFunnels. We’re experts at helping you navigate, optimize, and troubleshoot on that platform. If we expand to others, you’ll be the first to know!

If you need more hands-on assistance beyond the live calls, you’ve got options! In the Standard plan, you can ask questions in the community anytime. If you’re on the Pro plan, you can submit done-for-you tasks, and we’ll handle the work for you. Either way, we’re here to make sure you’re never stuck!
